Octoberfestcon

Oktoberfestcon is a one day online Swedish with Swedish reprint policy event (so no Revised, CE/ICE etc.). I am excited we will have our second annual event on Saturday, October 14th. So let’s bring that Oktoberfest spirit of enjoying some of the best brews in the world while playing OS with friends for a day. In between rounds we will hang in an online “pub.”
Last year we had 23 players from 13 countries playing. Martin Lindström won the event playing Power Monolith, beating a very strong opponent in the finals against Rich Shay playing his Keeper deck. We will also use this event to make a contribution to one of the best charities, Make a Wish (wish.org).
Event will be hosted on Tolaria, so you will need to register an account to sign up and play.

STRUCTURE (Subject to change before event):
16 players or less: 4 rounds + top 4
17 – 32 players: 5 rounds + top 8
33 – 64 players: 6 rounds + top 8
START TIME: Saturday October 14, 2023, at 10AM EST / 4PM CET
FORMAT: Swedish B&R, with Swedish reprint policy (i.e., ABU and Summer, Arabian Nights, Antiquities, Legends, and The Dark)
ENTRY FEE: $25 (to be given through the Tolaria App, all funds go to Make a Wish at wish.org)
DECK PHOTOS: Required 24 hours before start time of event. Must be submitted on Tolaria. Anyone not submitting a deck photo will be dropped before the start of the event.
