DESCRIPTION:Oktoberfestcon is a one day online Swedish with Swedish reprint policy event (so no Revised\, CE/ICE etc.). I am excited we will have our second annual event on Saturday\, October 14th. So let’s bring that Oktoberfest spirit of enjoying some of the best brews in the world while playing OS with friends for a day. In between rounds we will hang in an online “pub.” \n\n\n\nLast year we had 23 players from 13 countries playing. Martin Lindström won the event playing Power Monolith\, beating a very strong opponent in the finals against Rich Shay playing his Keeper deck. Will be fun to see what happens this year! \n\n\n\nWe will also use this event to make a contribution to one of the best charities\, Make a Wish (wish.org). \n\n\n\nEvent will be hosted on Tolaria\, so you will need to register an account to sign up and play.Welcome to Oktoberfestcon 2! \n\n\n\nDATE: Saturday October 14\, 2023 \n\n\n\nLOCATION: Online Tolaria App (Register for Oktoberfestcon at Tolaria) \n\n\n\nSTRUCTURE (Subject to change before event): \n\n\n\n16 players or less: 4 rounds + top 417 – 32 players: 5 rounds + top 8 \n\n\n\n33 – 64 players: 6 rounds + top 8 \n\n\n\nSTART TIME: Saturday October 14\, 2023\, at 10AM EST / 4PM CET \n\n\n\nFORMAT: Swedish B&R\, with Swedish reprint policy (i.e.\, ABU and Summer\, Arabian Nights\, Antiquities\, Legends\, and The Dark) \n\n\n\nENTRY FEE: $25 (to be given through the Tolaria App\, all funds go to Make a Wish at wish.org) \n\n\n\nDECK PHOTOS: Required 24 hours before start time of event. Must be submitted on Tolaria. Anyone not submitting a deck photo will be dropped before the start of the event.
